Q: If someone did something wrong in B.O.D., what kind of punishment will they get?
A: Penalties would be given depending on the severity of the offense, below is the table for account penalties:

Q: Would you be able to recover my items if something happened to my account?
Occasionally, you may experience the loss of certain items, attributes, or characters, for reasons within or beyond their control. Whenever possible, GamEyez will attempt to restore such lost items, attributes, or characters, so long as they do not conflict with the Company Policies we support. GamEyez, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any form of restoration
We strongly urge everyone to immediately report restoration concerns, as due to technical service limitations, cases reported more than three (3) days after the date of incident will not be entertained.
Valid Restoration Requests
1. Property loss that is a result of factors beyond a user's control, such as a documented game bug
2. Property loss that is a result of service problems originating from GamEyez, except rollbacks
Invalid Restoration Requests
1. Loss due to any type of user error, such as the accidental deletion, selling or dropping of an item
2. Loss due to negligence on the part of the customer, such as compromised account.
3. Loss due to being victimized by any type of scam
4. Late Report. Cases reported more than 3 days after the actual date of incident cannot be entertained.
5. Items that have been used and consumed under any circumstances.
